The Thoughtful Advocate

The Thoughtful Advocate is more than just a podcast—it’s a movement for those who care about the planet, social change, and personal healing. Whether you’re feeling alone, wondering if change is possible, or looking for hope in a world that often feels overwhelming, this space is for you. We highlight the people making a difference for Mother Nature, advocate for justice, and share stories of resilience—because healing is possible, both for ourselves and the world. A big part of that healing is reconnecting with our inner child so we can create a better future, not just for ourselves but for the generations to come. As a Chinese American passionate about sustainability, I also aim to bring diverse voices into the conversation. If you’re ready to heal, grow, and leave the world better than you found it—all while having fun—you’re in the right place.
