CIVIS Waves is the spot where stories, conversations and debates from our European University alliance meet. Here’s our promise: each podcast series will bring diverse voices (and even languages), science-based knowledge and the experiences of committed academics, researchers, students and professional staff working to transform higher education. What is CIVIS, you may wonder. CIVIS is Europe's Civic University Alliance (https://civis.eu/en/discover-civis-alliance), a pioneering endeavour under the European Universities initiative of the European Commission. It unites 11 leading, research-intensive higher education institutions across Europe and 6 associate member universities in Africa, forming a dynamic academic community of over 470,000 students and 58,000 staff in Europe alone.Join us as we share what we are learning while working across 17 universities, countries and cultures and become a “civizen (https://civis.eu/en/the-civis-newsroom/what-does-it-mean-to-be-a-civizen)” too!Ho
