Worry About Yourself

religion, spirituality, christianity · EN-US

This podcast was born from the ways God has transformed me and taught me how to stop allowing my circumstances to control my emotions, my choices, and my life. We’re going to talk all about how get our lives back by stewarding what we have instead of worrying about what we can’t control. Through scripture, science, and a little bit of tough love, we’re going to help each other grow in our faith, in our relationships, and into the best versions of ourselves - becoming exactly who God created you to be. But in order to do that, you’ve got to do what your momma said and worry about yourself 💅
