The Rebellious & Regulated Leader

health, fitness · EN-GB

A daily podcast sharing my journey to creating the RegulatED movement to change the culture of education in the UK by being a Body Led Leader™. Taking the journey of challenging the leadership models and social constructs we’ve been taught to accept, breaking away from systems rooted in patriarchy, and having rebellious and sometimes controversial conversations about self leadership, health, capacity, community and what it really means to create more human ways of living, working and leading. For people willing to go first, think for themselves and do things differently.
