Things We Never Say isn’t a collection of answers. It’s an investigation. An investigation into why we repeat patterns we already understand, why we make the decisions we do, and why being aware of ourselves isn’t always enough to change. It begins with questions I’ve lived through myself and grows with every book I read, every study I explore, every conversation I have, and every person I work with through 1:1 coaching. Everything works towards building a progressively more accurate understanding of what it means to be human. https://unpackwithmehak.com unpackwithmehak.substack.com
