Aanii, boozhoo — ningowiiganikwe n’dizhinikaaz, mukwa n’doodem, Kanata n’doonjibaa.Hi, good day. My spirit name is Eagle Winged Woman, I’m from the Bear Clan, and I’m from Canada. My English name is Deanna Naveau — and this… is Tea with Dee. ☕Welcome back to a space of reflection, truth, and real conversation. Here, we share stories about healing, growth, kindness, and culture — the real tea on life, love, and spirit. Each episode is different — sometimes personal, sometimes educational, sometimes a mix of both. You might hear my dogs bark, the hum of a dryer, or the kettle whistle in the background — because life’s happening, and that’s where the beauty is.Together, we’ll talk about things that matter — from mental health and spirituality to community, identity, and purpose — all from an Indigenous perspective and through the lens of lived experience. So grab your mug, take a breath, and join me for real tea, real talk, and real life — right here on Tea with Dee. 🌿To stay connecte
