The Anti-Ted Talk: Small Ideas for a Big World

health, fitness, mental · EN-AU

There's a certain kind of talk you've seen a hundred times, perfect lighting, red carpet walk-up, eighteen minutes of polish from someone billed as exceptional delivering a big message to change the world. This isn't that. The Anti-Ted Talk has a different premise, that the ideas by and for ordinary people can be just as useful. I focus on person sized insights in wellbeing, psychology and personal philosophy. Because we don't come with instruction manuals, and one size does not fit all. Small you shaped ideas that might give you a fresh perspective and maybe a new way forward.
