Harness Up: Bluegrass from the Barn

music · EN-US

Welcome to Harness Up: Bluegrass from the Barn with Haste Draft Horses & Mules — where good bluegrass music, draft horses, mules, and American heritage come together. Bluegrass music has always had a special place in our hearts, and so has the traditional way of life built around working horses and mules. On this show, we’re bringing those worlds together and sharing some of the music, stories, people, and traditions that continue to keep this way of life alive. From bluegrass and bluegrass gospel to draft horses working the fields, mule teams traveling country roads, horse-drawn wagons, farming, teamster traditions, and rural Appalachian life, every episode is about slowing things down and enjoying something real. You’ll hear great music and see the kind of horsepower that helped build America — along with stories about faith, family, hard work, friendship, and preserving the traditions handed down through generations.
