The Psych Med Sanctuary

health, fitness, mental · EN

A podcast here to support and guide those going through psychiatric medication withdrawal and harm. For people who are tapering their psych meds and doing ok but experiencing some side effects and emotional challenges. It covers everything from the mild side of coming of your medication to the severe side where people are struggling to function.By Psych med I mean, Antidepressants, Antipsychotics and benzodiazepines. There is little to no awareness of this in the medical system and people are left lost, fending for themselves in a very scary time. To Help, Validate & Support. Emma x
