Still Becoming is a podcast about changing course in work and life. As I document my own transition into nursing, I talk with people who have changed careers, gone back to school, started businesses, reinvented themselves more than once, or are still standing in the middle of the change. These are honest conversations about what transformation really requires—the fear, money, timing, relationships, setbacks, small wins, and what it feels like to become a beginner again when you are already responsible for an entire life. Some guests have reached the other side. Others are still figuring it out. Along the way, I’ll share my own decisions, doubts, progress, and the moments when the plan needs another plan. You do not need to have your whole life figured out to begin. You may just need to admit that something in you is ready to move. So, what are you becoming now?
