You’re high-achieving, capable, and fine. But beneath the surface, your body is telling a different story.Hi, I’m Mia, a somatic mentor based in Copenhagen.I know what it’s like to push so hard your body finally makes you stop. I spent years as the strong one, until I ended up on the floor at 4am waiting for an ambulance, thinking I was never going to see my kids again. The Little Love Letter is a weekly space for the woman who is tired of over-functioning. Raw stories, honest conversations, and real somatic tools to help you drop the mask and finally breathe.P.S. Is your body talking to you? Share your story or question at meinckenisted.com/podcast
