Diary of a Wannabe Comedian

comedy, improv, society, culture, personal, journals · EN-GB

Published every Monday and Thursday evening. A real life soap opera following my journey through creativity & comedy. Every year I start a diary and every year I've given it up by the middle of February. In 2022 I challenged myself to do a podcast every day (Season 1). Having achieved this goal I decided to continue with a daily podcast for Season 2. This season, Season 3 which started on the random date of 23rd May 2023, is ever so slightly rebranded from its original title of Diary of a Wannabe Human to Diary of a Wannabe Comedian, but the focus remains on all things creative and all things funny. Join me every Monday and Thursday as I pursue a path in standup comedy and showcase the people, events and sounds of my home town London. Don't worry it's still likely to contain my poorly thought though views and opinions. Find me at laughingcustard.com Original photo by
