nscda.ca The Nova Scotia Career Development Association - NSCDA - powers the people and systems behind effective employment services. We don’t work directly with citizens; we support the professionals who do - by setting standards, training practitioners, and strengthening the infrastructure that makes career services consistent, professional, and future-ready. Think of us as the engine behind Nova Scotia’s workforce development system. In From the Field, we bring you sharp, 10-minute conversations with voices on career development, workforce trends, and the future of work—because big ideas don’t always need a big time commitment.
