Neycha, Without Distortion

society, culture · EN

There is no shortage of places to go to get the tidy version of life. This, my loves, is not one of them. This is 2am moonlight bleeding through storm clouds in the summer. Cognac on a cold night. Lying on the grass in September pondering where exactly the blue sky gives way to peach at sunset. And if you're inclined to love contemplation as much as you fancy clarity, prefer autonomy over conformity, and genuine contact with reality as it is, not what we pretend, then you'll likely find yourself cozy here. This is Without Distortion — fearless self-encounter in the wild, an unscripted audio series rooted in inquiry as a sacred practice, following the questions wherever they lead. I'm Neycha. Some of you may know me from my tenure as advice columnist for Ebony, or my work with The Renaissance World Tour. Others may know me from my first album, the dirty side up, or my book White Noise. And if we've not met — hey loves.
