The Let's Share podcasts model sharing of friendship, evidence of God's work in our lives, and the passions and organizations the guests have for sharing. The discussions of the sharing include perspectives among individuals and organizations, especially but not exclusively nonprofits with a Christian worldview. Guests on the podcast discuss their connection with the host and their passion to serve. HANA Ministry encourages free events and programs, information, items, and employment shared in communities on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. HANA's core values are based on scripture including Acts 4:32 - "All the believers were united in heart and mind. And they felt that what they owned was not their own, so they shared everything they had." Podcast host and HANA President and Founder Dr. Leigh Byers has served in church ministry and faith-based nonprofit leadership positions since 2
