Unscripted & unapologetic conversations from a free-spirited, sex-positive, self-employed, festival-girlie travelling the world in the 21st century - I’m Nikki Cosma, facilitator and founder of Holofractal Life Systems & Retreats. No notes, no script, just what’s real. New episodes whenever I feel there’s something worth sharing with y’all. Expect my craziest story-times (I will have you cry-laughing at my best and worst moments!), reflections on emotional regulation, personal self-care philosophy, women’s health navigation, financial literacy development, living a life of flow and literally anything and everything else that pops into my cheeky lil’ brain.Tune in, have some laughs and always remember - the magic within me is blessed to be witnessed by the magic within you! Thanks for being here :D— Nikki Cosma ＜3
