Before Thought

Before Thought is a podcast about what happens when we meet life before the noise. Hosted by Tuning the Student Mind founders, author Molly Beauregard and filmmaker Chelsea Jackson, the series explores the power of awareness — where practices such as meditation and yoga meet life. What began as conversations between a mentor and a new university instructor has evolved into an inquiry about culture. Our discussions are rooted in connection and curiosity, and together we explore how dropping into awareness can soften figure-it-out energy, awaken creativity, and allow life to unfold organically.
