Life After Breath is a place to find peace, connection, and healing. I’m here to guide you to all of those things. I’m a healer and I heal spirit energy. The thing about healing, is that it isn’t work! It’s not hard and it doesn’t take time. It’s simply a matter of looking at what hurts and what is getting in your way and then allowing yourself to release your hold on it. You are here, on this planet, to feel good! And all the energies of the universe are conspiring with you to make sure that you do! All you have to do is allow it to happen… Allow yourself to heal.
