If you’ve worked hard to build a life and career you’re proud of, but are beginning to question whether the version of success that got you here is the one you want to keep living, Ambitious & Human is for you. This weekly solo show is built on a belief I take seriously: we can be deeply ambitious and fully human. We don’t have to choose, and we shouldn’t keep designing lives and workplaces as if we do. I’m Latia Harris, founder of Latitude & Levity® and a former People & Culture executive. Each week, I look at the rules we’ve inherited about success. Those rules shape our choices and workplaces, and we carry them into our relationships and the lives we’re building beyond work. At the center of the show is one question: “What’s this actually asking of the humans making it happen?” That question is at the heart of Designed Success: getting clear about what success is for, then building it without sacrificing what matters most.
