I'm Bryan Roseveare. I was an airline captain. I still go to work on the flight deck. It's just a full flight simulator these days, and the pilots I train are the ones who fly you around. This is not a side project. The way a crew stays calm, works the problem and makes a decision after something goes wrong. Pilots are not born with those habits. They are trained into them, one session at a time, and that means anyone can learn them. They also work for the engine failures of life: the job that disappears, the diagnosis, the decision you have to make with half the information and no time. I want to give you the tools pilots use, so that when your moment comes, you have a proven way to handle it, from the most professional industry in the world.I do this from South Africa, a country I love and refuse to look away from.
