Hosts, Jenny & Carissa were going about their busy lives as two successful business women in their chosen fields. Spirituality was the last thing on their minds. Until two years ago when s@!t hit the fan in both their lives rocking their beliefs and setting them on a quest to find answers to some existential questions. So. Many. Questions. And then magic started happening. This is their adventure exploring all the extraordinary ways we can connect to the universe. "So guided" is a one stop spiritual guide, sharing all the magical and mystical roads to your higher self. Come along each week as they investigate another spiritual modality and adventure through all the wild ways we can find high vibes, hope, and ultimately, enlightenment. Welcome to "so guided," a spiritual travel guide for the curious.
