Gifted and twice-exceptional (2e) testing, private educational evaluations, and Colorado’s ALP, IEP, and 504 process — for Denver parents whose bright child was told ”you don’t qualify.” ElevateU Educational Psychology breaks down how bright-but-struggling kids get missed at school, what a psychoeducational evaluation reveals, and how to navigate gifted identification and school accommodations. No jargon dumps and no false promises — just a clear, step-by-step way to understand how your child learns and what the people around them can do about it.
