Welcome to The Blackboard of Broken Dreams, where motivation goes to die and teacher-of-the-year plaques gather dust. Former co-teachers Ed Plan (Special Ed) and Mat Hematics (Math) survived endless PDs, spirit weeks, and budget cuts—only to realize the biggest lesson is that nobody’s got it figured out. Real stories. Fake names. Questionable advice. No heartfelt piano music here—just two guys, a broken copier, and a caffeine/whiskey addiction strong enough to power the entire district. Punch in, tune out, and remember: fake it till your pension vests.
