Hello and welcome to Breathing Open Motherhood, I am your host, Charmaine Newmark and I am here to rewrite the narratives on what it gets to be like, to live as modern mothers, who are deeply connected to our instinctual truths. Who thrive as Mothers and who look back upon this time of our lives, with wonder and awe on the absolute magic that it is. It is my hope, that these episodes help us rewrite the narratives together, from a conversation of challenge and lack, to a one of openness, inspiration and liberation of our minds, bodies and spirits. I am so grateful to be able to do this with you all. Enjoy the show!Charmaine xxx
