We Put The T In Therapy

health, fitness, mental · EN

Have you ever gone down a rabbit hole over something random and somehow ended up talking about your childhood? Yeah...us too. We're Stacy and Jen, two therapists who love taking everyday experiences and asking, "What's really going on here?" From family dynamics, awkward conversations, anxiety, relationships, and everything in between. Some episodes will make you laugh and some may make you feel a little bit lighter. We're not here to diagnose your life. We're just fascinated by what makes people tick, and we have a habit of turning everyday conversations into meaningful ones. Join us!
