“Young People in Sport” is a podcast created by Class 5D of the Scientific High School “Leonardo” in Brescia. Through five episodes, we explore the complex relationship between young people and sport, starting from everyday experiences, such as going to the gym, and moving towards deeper and more critical topics. The podcast highlights both the positive and negative aspects of sport in young people’s lives: from motivation, well-being, and personal growth, to more challenging issues like pressure, unhealthy habits, and different forms of addiction. Each episode offers reflections, opinions, and insights aimed at understanding how sport can influence the lives of teenagers today.
