What if the key to loving God wholeheartedly isn't about trying harder, but about letting ourselves be loved first? This podcast Dr. Rick Dunn and Casey Anderson invite us into a transformative understanding of whole-person spirituality, anchored in the profound truth of 1 John: 'We love because He first loved us.' We're challenged to move beyond cognitive faith alone and discover what it means to be loved by the Father in our bodies, emotions, and every dimension of our being. This discussion exposes the false narrative of self-improvement spirituality and invites us instead into an archaeological soul dig—a compassionate, courageous exploration of where we've been seeking security apart from our Father. When we stop trying to rescue ourselves and instead invite God into our redemption, we discover the fullness of life Jesus promised—not as isolated spiritual beings, but as whole persons deeply loved and pursued by a Father who is both our refuge and our reservoir.Take Your Next Step
