The Workmates Podcast

education · EN-AU

It's a confusing time to support a young person’s career decisions, especially when so much has changed since you were in school. Join hosts Tyson Day (founder of Arrive & Thrive) and Alana Kilmartin (founder and author of Unserious Careers) as they tackle the big questions parents are asking. • What jobs are safe in an AI-driven workforce? • Is university worth the price of admission? • How do I help my child if they have no idea what they want to do after school? Expect actionable insights, handy frameworks and relatable stories, all drawn from their work with hundreds of high schools across the country. Tyson and Alana are the mates you need when navigating what comes next with your teenager. Come for the tips. Stay for the banter. (Alana apologises in advance for Tyson’s terrible Dad-jokes.)
