Welcome to Noodle On with Noel, the podcast where chaos meets charm and resilience. Hosted by Noel, a hilariously unfiltered, high-voiced, authentically down-to-earth guy who’s done it all—battled Bipolar II, overcome addiction, accidentally burned down a house (yes, there’s a story), and hauled a bike all over the globe as a solo traveler. Oh, and he’s a beast of an athlete, having completed 12 full Ironmans because, why not? Each week, Noel dives into the twists and turns of life, sharing absurd yet insightful anecdotes from his own noodle-like journey. He also interviews inspiring guests who open up about their own noodle experiences—overcoming obstacles, navigating challenges, and finding positivity to keep the ball rolling, no matter what. Come for the laughs, stay for the life lessons, and discover how to turn your noodle moments into something extraordinary.
