WE CHOSE POORLY: a HIMYM retrospective done under duress.

comedy, tv, film · EN

Two younger siblings who have loved How I Met Your Mother since they were kids. One older sister who watched one episode and fucking hated it. Now the fans have kidnapped the skeptic and are forcing her ON PAIN OF DEATH to watch every. single. episode. Along the way they will discuss the show's bizarre choices, analyze its extremely sinister queerness, and try to get to the bottom of its wretched allure—all while staring directly at the dark underbelly of mid-2000s dating norms. Did they choose poorly? Did you??? Find out NOW (over the course of hundreds of episodes, probably! We are actually going to do the whole show, it will probably take us 20 years but we’re literally sisters) Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
