Life, Dilemmas & Dad Stuff

education, self improvement, health, fitness, mental, kids, family · EN-AU

Tommy dives into the stuff most people avoid — awkward moments, emotional tornadoes, doubts and dilemmas — and turns them into chats that feel surprisingly normal. He doesn’t pretend he’s got life sorted. He shares his own mess so you don’t feel alone. He’s also a dad, which means half his clarity comes from deep inner work… and the other half from trying to raise a kid in a crazy world while juggling weekly meltdowns and moments of epic self-sabotage. For 20 years he’s helped people through mentoring, yoga, breathwork, energy work, music and straight-up honesty — but the real growth happens here, in the bare truths and unfiltered conversations he’d usually keep to himself. Expect at least one nugget that shifts something — and a laugh at how seriously we all take life. It’s honest. It’s human. It hits home. Powered by DADEO.
