The Power of Big Mother Energy

society, culture, relationships · EN

Big Mother Energy is what your friends call it when you're the one who picks up the phone — the one with the extra charger, the dinner rec, the "text me when you're home." The one who leaves everything a little better than she found it.The Power of Big Mother Energy is a network of shows built on one belief: nobody taught us how to be adults, so we figure it out together — out loud, on the couch, laughing. It starts with our flagship, Better Than I Found You: every week, host Megan shows up at a friend's house, the guest pulls one adulting "should" out of a jar — the dishwasher, the DMV, the mail pile — and that's the episode. No experts. No five-step plans. Just real friends admitting adulting is hard.More couches are coming. Same promise: you'll leave feeling better than we found you.New episodes Thursdays. betterthanifoundyou.com
