the Inner Practice, yoga for the mind

health, fitness, mental · EN-GB

There's a calm that doesn't depend on anything going right. It's always there, just quieter than the thinking, and easy to lose under the noise of a busy mind. This podcast is about finding your way back to it. We look at how the mind works and why it makes everything harder than it needs to be, how to work with our emotions instead of being run by them, and how to hear the intuition underneath it all again. Nothing to fix, nothing to become, just a clearer way of seeing what's already here. I'm Catherine Haylock, and everything I share comes from my own experience, the difficult stretches and the quiet that came after.
