Welcome to The Maryland Wine Compass Bottle Review Podcast! The MWC Bottle Review is the only Maryland wine-based podcast that uncorks and explores the vast world of our local wine scene. Each episode, we will open and taste a new bottle of wine from one of Maryland’s wineries that we determine best represents the winery or their current vintages. As the wine is sipped and savored, we will cover everything from the tasting notes, aromatics and visuals to the vineyard history along with some behind the scenes culture of each winery. Join our hosts, Bri and Ian, as they engage with local wineries, delve into the art of wine tasting, share wine facts and history and uncover the stories behind each bottle. Whether you're a seasoned oenophile or a curious novice, the MWC Bottle Review Podcast offers a rich blend of expert insights, regional wine recommendations, and delightful conversations that bring the essence of Maryland's wine country straight to your ears.
