My name is Rachel Elizabeth, and I'm determined to help people heal but most importantly live in alignment with who they are. This podcast is with real people sharing their experiences, truths, traumas and everything about their lives. I believe that everyone's journey in life is unique and the goal has been to create a safe and supportive space for anyone to feel less alone. For all my listeners welcome to a new sanctuary to connect and learn more about how to become the best version of yourself. New episodes will be released on Monday's.
