Mom Beat Cville

kids, family, parenting · EN-US

Welcome to WTJU’s Mom Beat Cville, your podcast home to Charlottesville’s new moms, working moms, single moms, and all the other moms in between. And of course, we can’t forget about the child-free allies — one of which may or may not be your host. Each episode (or, ahem, “beat”) brings two spectacular local moms on the air to discuss their experiences with the various facets of motherhood. We talk chaos, we talk community, and of course, we talk identity. As predicted, “village” is our buzzword. While these supermoms navigate a variety of lifestyles, careers, and childcare setups, one thing seems to ring true for all: Charlottesville is home to some pretty great folks.
