I am not fixed and thats why I am here

This podcast is not about pretending to have all the answers. It’s not about perfection, having life completely together, or acting like recovery suddenly makes everything easy. This is a place for honest conversations about the parts people don’t always talk about — the loneliness, the fear, the setbacks, the growth, the healing, and the moments where just getting through the day feels like a victory. If you’re listening to this and you feel broken, exhausted, angry, lost, numb, ashamed, or like nobody truly understands what’s happening inside your head… you are not alone here.
