Hot Mess Express - Grief Unfiltered

Grief is messy, ugly, and nobody tells you that. We do. Nobody hands you a roadmap when someone you love dies. There's no script, no timeline, and definitely no one warning you that grief will hit you in the cereal aisle at 11 am on a Tuesday. Hot Mess Express: Grief Unfiltered is the podcast for people who are doing grief wrong, or at least that's what it feels like. Two real women, in the thick of their own losses, sitting down with people from an actual grief support group to talk about what this really looks like. Not the highlight reel. The whole disaster. We're Canadian, we're unfiltered, and we're not here to fix you. We're here because nobody should have to white-knuckle this alone. New episodes drop regularly. Bring your mess.
