The Big Whydea

business · EN

The Big Whydea is a podcast from The Why Agency about leadership communication when it really counts: conference stages, sales kick-offs, and moments on camera where clarity, confidence, and intent matter most. We call it The Big Whydea because powerful communication starts with the why behind the idea. Hosted by our founder, Pete Barber, each episode goes behind the scenes of high-stakes moments to explore how leaders and their teams shape messages that inspire belief, alignment, and action at scale. Featuring leaders, strategists, and communication experts, the show blends practical thinking with real stories from the worlds of live events, storytelling, and performance. If you’ve got an important moment coming up - on stage, on screen, or in front of your organisation - this podcast will help you understand not just what to say, but how to make it count.
