Work or Toil

Would you like to get paid for the value you bring to an organisation, not just the position you hold? I am sure everyone would say yes, and yet our CVs do not reflect our value; they just show our positions and the duties we had, but not much about the value we added to an organisation, a client's portfolio or what innate skills we bring to each job we work. This podcast is made to make you think about work and how you show up, but most of all, how you value yourself and make sure you get paid for it. Join our host Pat as she discusses some interesting anecdotes based on her experience working on four different continents with people from up to 50 nationalities.
