The Alternative Route with Doc B

health, fitness, alternative · EN

I have been swimming against the current my whole life. Questioning everything and following the road less traveled in a world where everyone wants to be a clone. As a chiropractor of 20 years, mom and lifelong learner, I am always seeking out ways to live a more alternative lifestyle. I help women follow their intuition without losing themselves to a fake society, crappy government advice, toxic beauty, Pharma and outdated obstetrics. Each episode will take a deep dive on topics to help build health, strengthen mental health, trust intuition, celebrate womanhood from puberty to perimenopause, and take back your power as a human being. Get ready to laugh, cry and be pissed off. We will uncover topics that you didn’t know you needed to hear. A smattering of my years of wisdom, experience and training combined with some kick ass guest speakers who are here to change the world. There will be swears sprinkled in, so use discretion around the kiddos. This is your permission slip to join
