Not On The List

Not on the List is a podcast about executive function: what gets in the way of doing things, what support exists, and how people find their way to it. Executive function is what gets things started and finished. When it isn't working, the problem isn't motivation. It's initiation, working memory, task switching, time perception, and how much capacity you have on a given day. Each episode is a conversation with a clinician about their work and their own experience. Host Sheela Ivlev is a neurodivergent occupational therapist who works with adults on executive function and daily life. Episodes are 30 minutes or less, so listening is doable. For those of us with never-ending lists. More at www.todoish.app
