The Closed Loop Home: Neurodivergent Design with Crystal Bright

education, self improvement, arts, design, health, fitness, mental · EN

A podcast about ADHD-friendly home design, autistic sensory needs, and making everyday life at home easier. Why is getting out the door so complicated? Why do things keep landing in the same places? What makes a room feel overwhelming—and what would help you recover there? Join Crystal Bright, a neurodivergent interior designer and author of The Closed Loop Home, for personal stories and practical conversations about the relationship between our homes, our behavior, and our capacity. Explore household routines, forgetfulness, visual clutter, sensory comfort, task completion, and the shame that can gather around everyday struggles. Crystal’s Closed Loop approach asks what the environment could do to support you where the difficulty actually happens—including on your low-energy days. For adults with ADHD, autistic and AuDHD listeners, and anyone interested in creating a home around the life they actually live. Your behavior is design information.
