Vital Healing is a place to come home to yourself. Each episode invites you into the practices and reflections that shape my own path. Breathwork. Somatic presence. Walking meditation. Spiritual honesty. The slow work of returning to the body. These episodes grow out of the Vital Healing Substack. I share a little commentary around each essay, read the piece in my own voice, and sometimes pause to explore the ideas more deeply. It is a simple way for you to walk with the writing, to hear it spoken, and to stay connected to the heart behind the words.I created this as a companion for our journey. Something steady and human, that meets you wherever you are. My hope is that these readings and reflections offer a quiet place to breathe and to come home to yourself.Join our free monthly breathwork session: https://bit.ly/4qZUiPe
