You want to transform your life, to take care of your body, to strengthen your mind. And you want to do it in a way that fits your real lifestyle. You need Real Wellness. I’m your host, Sheri Traxler, a Transformation Mentor, National Speaker, and Author. I’ve been a cable TV Fitness Trainer and in Ms. Fitness and Shape magazines. As a Certified Health Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, with my master’s in Health Promotion – and lessons from my own struggles, I help people just like you create a wellness lifestyle they enjoy. Each week I’ll show you the strategies and principles to make peace with food, fit fitness into your busy lifestyle, and unlock your capacity to be, do, and have all you want.
