The Grief Portal is a podcast about learning how to tend to grief—not as something to overcome or move beyond, but as an inevitable companion to a life touched by love.Hosted by trauma psychotherapist, author and entrepreneur Dani Hickman, the show explores what it means to create more spaciousness in the body and in our lives to be present with grief. Through conversations, lived stories, practices, and reflections, The Grief Portal offers new ways of engaging with grief, widening our capacity to hold what is here, and becoming students of our own grief. All gates of grief belong here. At the heart of the podcast is the belief that grief is not meant to be carried alone. Together, we'll explore how tending to our grief can deepen our capacity for connection, compassion, wonder, and aliveness—and, when the timing is right, begin to uncover the medicine our grief may hold.
