Notes on Rewilding Self

health, fitness, mental · EN

Notes on Rewilding Self is an audio love letter for spirit-rooted, growth-oriented humans remembering their wild, wise nature. Each episode is a spoken version of my newsletter—part forest-floor reflection, part gentle teaching on Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic self-leadership, Shamanic Parts Work™, and living in the right relationship with land, lineage, and the many parts within. You'll hear stories from my own path, simple nervous system practices, invitations for reflection, and glimpses behind the scenes of my Wild Wisdom Guide ecosystem—podcast, retreats, membership, and more. Think of this as a small, recurring ritual: press play, exhale, and let your inner healer listen along. I'm Shankari, your Wild Wisdom Guide. You can always find more ways to journey with me at WildWisdomGuide.com.
