The Uncomfortable Reward

health, fitness, mental, society, culture · EN

Hey!! Thanks for stopping by and at least giving a gander! Next step a follow then a listen! My name is De, I'm a graduated CYC. My goal is to help others and myself to leave their comfort zone and push them/myselves to way more of than what we may think we're capable of. At the end of the podcast depending on the theme there will be a challenge. The challenge may be eating alone, mending/ cutting relationships, saying no and more. I am more than open to having guest of all kind to speak, get vulnerable and relational. Let's talk trauma, environment, boundaries, sex and more. Thanks for the support, can only get get better from here!
