A sleep podcast that calmly tells some of history's interesting stories of how people lived, how things worked and what life was like, from all different eras of history! All stories are human narrated by me, Michael, no ai! I'm a British Voice Actor with a light Northern toneIll typically add an ambient rain sound or maybe a crackling wood fire low in the background across each episode just to add a calming sensory sound as you listenHope you enjoy them!If you prefer more atmospheric traditional sleep stories, you can check out my other podcast Michaels Sleep StoriesThanksMichael
