Ralu — intuitive healer — guides moms to become the BADASS CEO of their life by teaching them how to master their emotional state. This podcast is for the woman who wants to live life on her own terms, not from her emotions. Who wants to stop being on a roller coaster of emotions and start making decisions from her intuition. Who wants to trust herself and learn how to use her intuition to build a life for herself and her family that was once based on a dream, a vision. In each episode, I share how I used emotional mastery to built unshakeable trust in my intuition, how I use my intuition daily in everything I do, including in my parenting and how that shift changed my life — my marriage, my body, my confidence, how I feel as a mom and my ability to move through heightened emotional moments without losing myself.I’ll share the neuroscience, embodiment and energy tools I use and how you can shift this for yourself too.
